That's the rumour but is that the reality or is it a sealed corporate hell hole (corp unknown, even in the bubble)with a dastardly plan . . Are the lower levels slowly crumbling and full of down troden revaluationrys with not enough strength to make things change

Does the bubble need a secret operative to unravle the mysterys to save it and possibly the rest of the world.

Only the trese brothers can answer, maybe with a nice story mode ck release

The dome of NBZ is actually pretty old and crumbling from all the environmental wear and tear. It's an old city and its coming apart in many places.

There is a reason why the establishment isn't fixing it ... yes there is.
