#CK-1056 is resolved in the next release by updating the help file to match the rules. The cost of raising a key attribute (Body, Mind) is equal to the (Current Value x 3). It has been this way since the very beginning, it just was never properly documented!

The "base AP" count is calculated including any attribute modifications due to cybernetics. However, it does not include your randomized bonuses (+D3, etc) or any bonuses for high MP. It also shows the actual equation below the number so you can see why you have high or low AP.
