minor bug or feature with Cache

If you try to Create a cache where one already exists you get an error to the effect of unable to create cache here. More helpful would be "Aren't you forgetting something? " or similar hint.

This problem goes away when you remove 2 buttons for just 1 button called Cache, as I think you're planning.
