Hey there TB,
So I'm sure you are sick and tired of people nitpicking your spelling and grammar, but I got one small request. When searching an area for loot/ammo the prompt that pops up at the bottom of the screen is probably coded to say "Found a [object name] " and the problem is that the object could start with a vowel, making "a" incorrect. I know that wasting time coding in a "a/an" exception is out of the question, so... why not remove the "a" entirely? That way the prompt would say "Found [object name]."
The only reason I ask is whenever I see "Found a ammo pack" the English teacher in me cries a little bit.
tl;dr Why not change the looting prompt of "Found a ~ " to "Found ~ " in order to mitigate any a/an problems?

Or just make ammo packs really, really rare.

All you had to do was ask the question and give us the answer
