When you defeat an enemy and Take a Ship, Cargo can be handled correctly, but Crew and Torps can not. To fix this:
1. If it has a larger Crew capacity than your old ship, and spare crew that you have not yet impressed (Enslaved), you should be able to take on additional impressed Crew, up to the Crew limit of the seized ship.
2. You should (automatically) take torps from both ships, up to the maximum carried by the new seized ship.
An alternative solution:
The Take Ship button does not end the post-battle dialogue. You can use the Rearm and Enslave buttons still, after the Take Ship exchange. In fact, if the Take Ship button was also still active, you could keep changing ships and swapping torps/crew/cargo until you were happy with the result, and there would not need to be the Last Chance Dire Warning any more.
