(Implemented) Bold Battle Stations for Target

It's kind of easy to forget this is your actual target and not some non-entity that you just automatically Ignore / Acknowledge.

Putting Battle Stations in bold is the existing UI idiom for the game to remind you of things that you really ought to do.

I'm hoping this might be easier than the other suggestion of having an explicit message or toast "This is your target, dumb ass, it's SHOW TIME!"

This type of sneaky sounds like it might reduce my reputation with all player Factions =)
