Too clever a bug report.
I cannot fix what I do not understand.
Is this about using the Cargo screen? I was able to take "Ship Rations"
Do you mean Ship Rations? Do you mean Luxury Provisions? Do you mean "Take All" or do you mean "Cargo"
I tested all but did not find any bugs.

Ack! When you win, and select take ship, none of your current cargo(in your first ship) goes with you to the NEW ship. So you are left starving. Another thing that bugs me. Why do these ships have so little food? No wonder they are so easy to take over!

Why do these ships have so little food? No wonder they are so easy to take over! People keep saying that but I generated 65,000 ships a minute for an hour and then averaged them and they carried nearly 50% rations on average. Hard to say I guess ... statistical variance? Small player sample size? Solar flares? The math is good. We'll work on perceptions and reporting ASAP

It's the transfer if goods that's really important. You lose anything in your gold, even if you take over a bigger ship

Rations do not transfer when you buy a new ship either

That's the point athios. They are not transferring. Then you lose them. Have you tried it?

They seem to be transferring on my device. Sorry to keep asking, just trying to get to the bottom of what is being reported so I can fix

Np. Samsung galaxy 3. No developer options. When I take the ship, my supplies on the original ship are not transferring over.

Np. Samsung galaxy 3. No developer options. When I take the ship, my supplies on the original ship are not transferring over. I wouldn't expect them to. I'm not sure I can code something that auto-transfers cargo and makes people happy. Right now I think you have to use the Cargo sliders before you Take Ship to load your Cargo. <thinking...>

I'll try that. I think it's grayed out after you transfer. Could be a semantic thing. I'm thinking take ship, load cargo. You are saying load cargo, take ship

baldielocks grävlingAh, I kinda understand what you mean. To be honest, I only understand how it works because I've played ST. I admit it's not very clear or intuitive based on the button names and background procedures. And of course, the AoP documentation/help files aren't ready yet. Here's a briefing on how it works, hope it helps: Cargo - Allows you to manually shift cargo between ships. Take All - Will take all enemy cargo on board your ship. If you don't have enough room for everything, it will prioritize rations. In either case, you will get a toast telling you what was moved or not. You can make adjustments manually through the Cargo button if you don't like what was done. Take Ship - You will take over the enemy ship, abandoning your original ship and everything in it. If you did not manually transfer your cargo using the Cargo button to the enemy ship, everything will be lost when you exit the Victory screen. There is no button to automatically move cargo to the enemy ship, and it will not do this in the background when you switch ships. So basically when you want to take over a ship after battle: 1. Check the ship stats. If the enemy ship can be destroyed in a single cannon shot, you will be taking a big risk by taking it over. If it's heavily damaged and you want to take it anyway, before you have a chance to repair, plan to surrender if attacked after the switch. 2. Click Cargo to manually move the cargo you want to the enemy ship. Just move the sliders in each category in the opposite direction compared to when you are looting. Bear in mind that you are still limited by the enemy ship's cargo weight limit, and you may need to do some trial-and-error to fit as much as possible. 3. Click Take Ship.
