I noticed that there isn't much gambling in the NBZ... in fact, there isn't any at all! Since I'm not from MA I don't know offhand if gambling is legal there in the real world, but I think it would be a great idea to have a Roulette table somewhere in the NBZ, maybe in a Backroom, in a Yakuza, Aztek, or Ox territory where you can bet some credder on maybe even just Red or Black, so as not to make it too complicated, and win or lose accordingly.

cyborgunicorn - interesting request for the wish list! The CK "mini-game" that has all of our attention right now is the evolving state of hacking the Global Matrix. I have added #CK-1821 to track this wish list item!

I agree that a simple gambling presence, even if its only an encounter screen with a results page, would be nice.

Yeah.. Make a View of a roulette table -or the 2200-version of it- and put two buttons beside it, black and red. Simple as that. Then let the game choose by random if 0 or 1. If player chose 1 and result is 0, do nothing, just give out a message. Else, pay some cash to the winner.

That is an interesting request. I don't really play CK too much, but I could see some simple little gambling game would be pretty fun. Even something as simple as craps or blackjack would give players something to do with their cash (well, aside from buying all that ultra-expensive gear). Maybe even include it into VIP rooms as well as the gambling den, that we players could choose from meals, alcohol, or playing a gambling game to pass x amount of time.

And if the player wins too many times in a row, the guys in charge might think they're cheating and increase heat/kick them out (Fallout New Vegas came into my head)?

Gambling games, simulated or real, have impacts on your TOS with Google and are on a long list of things that we might be able to consider in the future as policy and terms evolve with our marketing providers. Thanks for all the feedback and keep playing!

Host the apk in the net and pm the forum members the link... Sent from my HTC Desire using proboards What is going on with them is the US Justice Department. The US Justice department loves to spend time assessing huge amounts of fines to companies that provide online gambling. So this complicates the whole mess, as Google doesn't want to be in the position, which happens a lot, that the US Department of Justice goes after _them_, because they have the deep pockets, instead of TB, who aren't worth suing. So they have to have a big song and dance to make sure that if what the TB do is against US law, the Justice department cannot go after Google.

Then I remembered: shit. Google got its hq on us ground, so... damn.

TB live in the USA. And Google is free to cover-their-ass any way they like, and when they are facing the threat of being persecuted by the US Justice department, it is hard to blame them.

I'm literally terrified to do anything that would risk any type of violation.
If Google decided to take our games down again, like they did with Templars, we would be done.
That simple -- if Google says "no more TB" then there is no more TB.
So lets not talk bad about them anymore, mmmmK?
