I read another thread suggesting that there was more better loot, and the response to that I believe was that you[Trese Bros] were waiting for an upcoming release and implementation of adjusted systems to start putting in more items to pick up after battle.
Someone also mentioned that in CK you should be able to pick up weapons from those you defeat. I sort of have an issue with this, as if you were able to retrieve a weapon from any old body you come across, the nbz would become even more flooded with weapons than it already is. Anyone would be able to come across good weapons for cheap, and sell all the lesser ones off without ever having to save up enough to buy a really good one at a store. It also wouldn't make sense to adjust it so all weapons dropped are only lesser ones than the npcs were actually using during battle. Also, in the future wouldn't most proper weapons have some sort of identification system, maybe fingerprint, so you can't use a gun that's imprinted to someone else?
My real question though is about the drugs of the NBZ. I have seen 4 different kinds so far: stimmers, hedlozz, crammers, and hyper v caps. I can't ever buy hyper v caps anywhere, they just seem to drop every once in awhile. Will we ever see any more drugs? And will drugs that already exist in CK ever induce any actual status ailments or boosts besides MP? like could it be made so if my knight take a bunch of hed lozz, can it boost perception temporarily, maybe unlock different types of encounter screens for awhile? If they take too many drugs, can they pass out unconcious from overdose with a screen similar to the defeated one, with my character sprawled out on the ground? I don't think I've ever noticed any of the drugs effects to be temporary. If I make my CK take some drugs and boost my mp up, it won't ever come back down. That's all well and good, but seems like there would be a sort of time cycle with these things, so that their effects degrade and after awhile your mp comes back down, maybe lower than it was before.
