Nothing of particular, but this time the lvl1 (!) Space hive was defeated by my ship; I didnt sign the date, but it was between starting date and 60.1  On Hard, this time (yah, after 2 years, i reached this difficulty, first games by now)  |

This reminds me: I rammed a space hive causing enemy hive hull breach, but got both space hive awards. Shouldn't I only get an elite space hive if I capture the hive (as in not hull breach it)?

This reminds me: I rammed a space hive causing enemy hive hull breach, but got both space hive awards. Shouldn't I only get an elite space hive if I capture the hive (as in not hull breach it)? Mmm i didn't get that space hive, but its hull wasn't damaged (to 0); i don't think u can take the hives(like the alien ships) |

Yeah, it's quite odd, cos I've also destroyed a Space Hive before on Crazy and not gotten the award. |

Ok, so i have a buggy award athios i defeated the hive (hull not a 0, i killed the enemy captain in duel), looted the cargo and then destroyed (for 47k salvage); all on hard; should I have unlocked the award (sry for grammar)? 'Cause it's not unlocked xD |

I don't actually know. I did the identical thing as you and did not get the award. Will have to consult either Cory Trese or fallen for that. Could one of you check the code and see if this award only activates for Hull = 0 victories? |
