Save transfer and drydock bug.

I've been playing a Challenging(yes i am slow) Explorer on free for a while, and after buying a new Hawk Class, I stored the Vae Victus on the Javart Homeword drydock with 84 artifacts on board.
After buying Elite, I transfered over the save and after playing for a while and hearing about a shortage rumor, I went to the homeworld to find that I am unable to access the dry dock.

Nope, I can still access military base to buy torps and such.

oh dear -- it looks like Elite Copy can't do dry dock because the planets are all different due to the different map. I found a comment that says "TODO: Copy Dry Dock Ships Here"
