Okay, considering this isn't available anywhere yet, I'm gonna make a few guesses about the upgrades:
Medical bay - prevents HP loss and/or crew deaths Crew Xeno Suits - combat upgrade vs aliens Predator Torp Array - major torp bonus Combat Hull Architecture - resistance vs enemy attack Null Field Generator - avoids alien encounters

Structural Combat Hull Architecture (+2 Armor, +4 Hull) Installs a set of self-contained combat and command decks within the Ship' inner Hull. Void sealed and protected with bulk heads and heavy airlocks, these decks extend the life of the Ship facing extreme damage (Award Star Lord required)
Combat Crew Xeno Suits Arms the crew with advanced combat suits providing significant bonuses when entering a Xeno ship or repelling Xeno boarding parties (Award Star Paragon required)
Interior Medical Bay: Provides the ship with an advanced on-board medical bay capable of dealing with minor injuries to the Captain and Crew. Includes 5 Cargo space and 5 Dedicated crew (Award Star prince required). NOTE... although description says +5 cargo, +5 crew, the title says +8 Crew, +8 Cargo.
Propulsion Null Field Generator Installs a null field generator that makes detection of the ship harder for Faction ships. Reduces encounters in Deep Space. Increases encounters with Aliens (Award Star Captain required)
Armament Predator Xeno Torp Array (+2 Torp) Replaces the ship's Torpedo system with one of Hyperion design, specifically crafted to target Xeno ships. Damage and accuracy bonus against Aliens and Hive Ships (Award Star Commander required)

I will update the help file on Saturday.
I'll also fix the Medi Bay text, it is +8 on both.

Can you make the decriptions of what each upgrade does more black and white? Its confused as to what combat hull does exactly, how xeno crew helps vs aliens (board transitions or zero range boarding). Predator Array and Null Void however have filter with what they do for gameplay after the filter, so those upgrade descriptions aren't confusing. Maybe you can add the gameplay bonuses in black and white after the fiter for combat hull, Xeno crew and medical bay like null field and predator array. For example:
Combat Hull (+4 Hull, +2 Armor) - intalls a set of self-contained combat and command decks within the Ship' inner Hull. Void sealed and protected with bulk heads and heavy airlocks, these decks extend the life of the Ship facing extreme damage. Increases hull by 4, armour by 2. Provides a major bonus for preventing hull breaches (assuming that's what the upgrade does)
Crew Xeno Suits - Arms the crew with advanced combat suits providing significant bonuses when entering a Xeno ship or repelling Xeno boarding parties. Significantly increases board attack and resistance vs board when fighting aliens.
Medical Bay - Provides the ship with an advanced on-board medical bay capable of dealing with minor injuries to the Captain and Crew. Includes 5 Cargo space and 5 Dedicated crew. Slightly decreases crew deaths and captain HP loss for all operations (exploring, deep-space, combat)

Does the Xeno torp bonus affect your entire array, or just your first two torps?(The two it adds)
Also, is Xeoblits an AI or new ship?

Cory, seriously, you're wrecking me. I can't keep up with all the updates. I've been really digging TA for the last couple of weeks, but now you put out this alien hunters dream of an update to ST when I haven't even gotten to try out the new TA xeno sprites. On top of that there's the new update to AoP and my captain who's been stranded for weeks in port while I play TA and ST.

Ah the irony of it all. Found me a Slayernz Cruiser on my lunch break kitted it out with all the new Alien fighting stuff and this is what I get. I can't say I felt the Crew Xeno Suits making a difference.

Ok whatever that null thingy is its a pretty sure-fire way to find aliens. The 26th one finally brought me down. 9 of them were hives, but at least now I know how to find them.

I just went and trolled back and forth over alien attack rumors (not using patrol) and got those 26 in about 2 hours and I had no xeno vet or artifacts on board.
Edit: difficulty was Impossible

Did you guys nerf the easy pickings of the Javat Mining Camp planet? I just went there with a explorer rating of 12 on Demanding and got practically nothing.
