Theres another person here, Atlas Screams that has produced some fan music here as well. It'd be awesome if you could collaborate on something. TB tends to stick with Imphenzia for their in-game music, but you two together reminds me of an outstanding album called Music from the Succubus Club, which IIRC was an accompaniment album to White Wolf's Vampire the Masquerade. Music is as valid (if not more so) a fan art as any drawing or fan fiction. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Music_from_the_Succubus_ClubYaaassss Music from the Succubus Club was so great.

There is the Shalun Library, which is more of a blog for Trese Bros fanfiction. I think a wiki would be a GREAT idea, but I'm not sure how involved a wiki for just Cyberknights would be compared to the "Shalunverse", or the universe the Star Traders and Templar Assault games take place in. I'd still curate a Cyber Knights wiki.

Nope. In fact, In the Shalunverse (Thats the setting I refer to where the Star Traders and Templar Assault takes place, has no connection to Earth at all. In the original CK fanfic that Rabid wrote, he connects the settings, and some of the earlier peripheral artwork I did for the verse references Earth, but since then the Brothers have made it known that Earth pretty much doesn't exist. Kind of like how there is no Earth in many fantasy settings. Rabid and I both made that mistake of trying to tie all of the Trese Brothers games into one universe in our fiction.

It seems like patreon growth has really increased recently I hope it's because we've restructured how we do rewards and are offering much more interesting options -- a clearly stated alpha discount (60%), monthly digital wallpapers, the new web comic voting, other interesting polls, and a very busy art stream with exclusive leaks of what's coming! We've always been a community-oriented company, and we spend hours every day working with all of you. We're so proud to have 35 community members come out and pledge! Patreon is a very important part of our ability to continue or mission and be able to stick to our principles. I really wish I could also support via Patreon. I support in every other way possible. One day, I'll be able to contribute via Patreon too.

LordofSyn, I wouldn't say that you made a mistake trying to tie things in. There's a bunch of easter eggs in CK that tie it into ST. For a long time the TB's said that the human history in ST is so old and most of it lost, that maybe earth is there, maybe it's not. In more recent times the TB's have said more that there is no earth, but they've left themselves the greatest story opening to rewrite the history on the fly with the fact that most of it is lost. The fact that the refugees are so scattered apart and that some have better tech than the others leaves a lot of open plot areas to explore.

I still say that they can all plausibly be linked up. Especially if you are into account what I always thought about the domes in CK. They're all underwater as the sea level has risen far higher than anticipated. We've only seen one dome, granted. But it is in a coastal city. Most humans live along or in coastal cities on this planet. Global warming is expected to dramatically affect the sea level and threatens most coastal cities. (In fact, I'll ruin the ending of my short story The Nautilus. The shell explains that all of the domes have been under water for over 100 years and that there are cities on dry land, but those are domed up to as to enhance protection from the runaway greenhouse effect. ) All by one of the TB games (HoS) deal with concepts of water, oceans, and boats. Space can and always has been analogous to a vast ocean. Nearly every space vessel has naval influence. But Water is featured in all of their games. Spice is even refined by water filtering. Trese Brothers create games about water and everything associated with it. It may not be as catchy as Criminal Kittens, but it's true. I figured it out! Now... where did I leave that bottle of water...

Didn't Gravling recently tie a crew member from ST2 to one of the Fennian?

You're all crazy Of course there are shared names between things. When you make up this many worlds and characters, stuff starts to get recycled because its fun. Also, I swear to Shalun that johndramey appears in Heroes of Steel, Templar Battleforce, AND Star Traders 2! There it is. The PROOF we've all been looking for lol And now this, New wallpaper on Patreon, pledge $1 to get in on this monthly goodness www.patreon.com/TreseBrothers

Really proud of that and hope everyone will help share story on their social streams. Not only are we the only developer with 2 games on the list, but we're shoulder to shoulder with games like Banner Saga. A real honor!
