That's true. Sadly, you can't hold money at gunpoint. Okay, good: You CAN accumulate money by holding people at gunpoint, but that money tends to leave you rather shortly afterwards. So that's no good option either. Remember. Don't try this at home, kiddies.

Hmmmm. Maybe this is another thread that should stay more on-topic? It's getting to the point that poor Fallen, has to post, to refresh the threads purpose, and HE seems off-topic amongst all the other posts, when he's not, (if you see what I mean).

I'm a dance music (psytrance and goatrance specifically) composer and im working on a few tracks that could work well for any sort of futuristic game. I have done a few tracks before for games and have had a couple releases on some german labels. Not sure if your considering updating sound files for new areas or whatnot, but it would be rad to collaborate on something.

Theres another person here, Atlas Screams that has produced some fan music here as well. It'd be awesome if you could collaborate on something. TB tends to stick with Imphenzia for their in-game music, but you two together reminds me of an outstanding album called Music from the Succubus Club, which IIRC was an accompaniment album to White Wolf's Vampire the Masquerade. Music is as valid (if not more so) a fan art as any drawing or fan fiction. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Music_from_the_Succubus_Club

glowkitten - we've worked with Imphenzia as our composer for all of our games, but we love fan music and while we are not in a position to add new music to existing games, we're always interested in hearing your tracks.

glowkitten - I will talk to Cory about it and get back to you. We love fan-created content, so there is no objection to using the materials.

There is the Shalun Library, which is more of a blog for Trese Bros fanfiction. I think a wiki would be a GREAT idea, but I'm not sure how involved a wiki for just Cyberknights would be compared to the "Shalunverse", or the universe the Star Traders and Templar Assault games take place in.

glowkitten - you have our express approval to re-use our marketing assets to create a wiki. We will link to it and help you share it around. It would be best if you created a space for each game, or perhaps each Universe > Game, even if your interest is in Cyber Knights. This would help other players bring content to the wiki. Star Traders Universe > Star Traders RPG, Templar Assault RPG, Star Traders 4X Empires, Star Traders 2 RPG Cyber Knights Universe > Cyber Knights RPG Age of Pirates Universe > Age of Pirates RPG Heroes of Steel Universe > Heroes of Steel RPG Just my thoughts Please let us know if you go after it!

Yeah, i can do that. It's the first wiki i will have done, but i have done similar projects before. I can start it over spring break. Maybe do a call for others with css/html knowledge to help take on one of the other games in the series or give me a hand lol, but it would be great for my portfolio. I've worked a shed load with HTML and cascading style sheets (if you know one, you more or less know the other), and I've created forums, websites and wikis. Unfortunately I don't have the time to help build a CK wiki, but once the foundation and structure is laid I'll be happy to add pages, possibly, at some point. Of course, anyone can do that, but it's my humble offer such as is it is. I wish you the very best of luck glowkitten, it's pretty exhausting work, but it's worth the pay-off! Thankfully there are some really knowledgeable people around here who've put together a wealth of information, including tables, reference sheets, gear availability and the like. Plenty of stuff to draw from. And the beauty of the wiki is that you can add/remove/edit/correct at any time! Have fun, I'm sure it will be great

Wait... you mean CK and ST aren't linked at all? I sort of figured they were the same universe. Cyberknights and the domes are the part of society that said "the world is going to shit, let's hunker down" and star trader was the world that was wealthy enough to get the hell out of there.
