Ads reappeared on the forum for a few days as I had to change the card we were using to pay to have them removed.
Its a good moment to say THANK YOU to the Patreons who are funding the removal of ads from this forum.

Bought a stem copy of Heros of Steel and gifted it to a friend for her birthday. Give the gift of TB games!

Andrew, would you like some proofreading aid of any upcoming lorebooks? I might be able to donate 20 minutes here and there for a while to speed you up a little. I have considerable proofreading experience, fwiw.

1 other thing- show the game to like-minded folks- people often have preconceptions about indy games and seeing is believing. My friend was visiting me for 1 week...
"Hey do you want to play this ridiculously complex sci-fi Dune-like sandboxy narrative-y turn based game?"
We played like 6 hours the last 2 nights, firstly with him jumping into hard with no idea what he's doing. He played reasonably until attempting to fight a pirate he really should have surrendered to protect his cargo led to mass desertion and crippling repair bills.
Then I jumped in and made a spy captain doing Erik's story line, with him commentating and making some decisions. I was rushing through the story without proper preparations so the crew and ship combat was extremely nerve-wracking. My captain had 6 hp at the end of fighting the assasins and we were badly outclassed by the royal ship at the blockade ( but managed to cripple his engines and get tje cool 200k) . Was really exciting.

Better for you folks if I get the pay-up-front version of a game or the IAP version?
