Without a legend, I find the zoom map to be a bit confusing. I'm sure that the sector color coding means something (region of space owned by specific clan / syndicate), but w/o a legend it means nothing to me.
Since all space in this game is considered "known" space, would it be possible to either show ownership of the specific planets in the zoom map? Even stat / ownership information in the pop-up window would be good enough.

If you tap on any location in space, details of that location will appear: Deep Space will provide co-ordinates and Faction control In addition, Planets will show whether there are Urban or Wild zones
If you have any rumors, you will see them appear on the map as a yellow diamond with speech bubbles in them (I always thought they looked like a mouse wearing dark sun glasses, but I've always seen odd things in ink blot tests - so my therapist says). Clicking on this location will detail the rumor.
Deep Space Hazards appear as yellow diamonds with snow flakes in them (or maybe these are nearest ski resorts). Clicking on this location will detail the hazard.
Contract destinations are marked with a bulls eye. At least a very dilated bulls eye (probably because it's dark in space). Clicking on this location will provide details of the contract.

Ah. I get it now. Planets with no "ownership" data are considered Independent. I apparently was not paying that much attention. The rest of it makes sense, now that it's been explain. I'm a little slow.
I'll just re-insert this foot into my mouth, and will resume staring at the wrong end of a Cadar torpedo. Please move along. Nothing to see here.

Flying Cadar is like that ole star trekkin song "We come in peace, shoot to kill, shoot to kill, shoot to kill We come in peace, shoot to kill, Scotty beam me up!" It'll test how good your 80's obscure song trivia is. Sadly, a number of you pilots weren't even born then

"There's Klingons on the starboard bow, starboard bow, starboard bow. There's Klingons on the starboard bow, scrape them off, Jim!"
I know it well.

Klingons remind me of Thulun ... dogmatic in their approach to "being". Thulan's probably have just as thick a forehead too

Now that's a movie I haven't seen for ages. I might have to dust off the DVD and give it a whirl As to the results of your inkblot test, Boeu. I think you are definitely certifiable Hope you continue to enjoy flying Cadar Airlines
