The last Brave Star reward is at 151. I'm discovering that the rewards seem to come 1 point after a multiple of ten number (21, 31, 61 etc.) Anyways it is the Bravestar Security pass which lets you through the gate in Downtown gateway for free both ways. You also get 1000 creds. And it says specifically that you're finished with the ladder.

Kazuo Ichin gives the Yakashima G-Mesh Jacket at 61rp. At 91rp he gives you Tiberius Tuna's v-chip (buys BS data) and a whole whooping 500 creds. That one was a little disappointing as I already had TT's chip from a random drop.

I really like getting special thing through ladders that aren't available anywhere else in the game such as the upgraded Panther Canon that Cava gives you. It gives you a reason to do them again. It makes sense that some things they give you would be available on the street (maybe the early ones), but it would be cool to see more things that are only available through the ladders. I don't know what you could do for a special data hound. Buys more than one faction, buys at a premium?
One question. It's not clear from this thread, does KH have a ladder? And how do I get into it?

contributor - KH currently does not have a ladder. I have taken note to try to insure the rewards up the ladders are unique as I redo them, even if it means spawning off more armor / weapon varieties and possibly new contacts.

That would be very nice ! I had overlooked some ladder (los V or Fennian for example) to focus on more unique ladder (bravestar to have free access to corp land and blue ox because I don't know what they have to offer  ) but if every ladder is unique, I would try to raise every one available |

Ok, finished the Yakuza ladder. It goes higher than the others but, for the time being, is a little disappointing. The apartment (3A I believe) in Liberty Square comes at 121. Then at 201 I get "Come back when swords finally reach the NBZ and I promise to give you one of the best." fallen you know how to keep us checking the update board! |

contributor - Only thing KH has for anything resembling a 'ladder' is the Thopter use E->W/W->E so long as you're about 5 rep. Go negative and you lose the option. One key thing about the Thopter is that you CAN use it for the 'safe passage' missions, when taxi's won't pick you up.

Ok, so I'm starting up Blue Ox's ladder. There's some crazy stuff up there. I think I just saw fallen pushing some really whacked out drugs and found someone who provides sniper runners. But yes, the Blue Ox ladder. You'll need 11 rep to go visit the Rare Flask Inn in the East Narrows. That will start you on a mini-story to get Victor's chip. At 21rp Victor gives Three Fingered Jake's v-chip. He buys FN data. At 41rp Victor gives a Yakashima Flak Jacket. At 61rp Victor gives 2 Savior (9HP) Med Kits. Also a quick question. Where do I get Nano-ready med kits. I found some playing MnB but haven't come across any lately. |
