I like to plan my missions out, so it drives me crazy when I get my mission, hire a taxi, pull off a flawless capture and get absolutely no experience because my team is tired. The notice for needing sleep only seems to appear when you hit asleep on your feet status (speaking of which, it might be clearer to have a bar meter for energy than phrases. Crack-jaw to me sounds like yawning and crwcking jaws doing so, not being hyped up on head lozzes).
Is there a feasible way of setting the warning the warning to appear an hour (in game of course) before tired status? And maybe toss an easy explanation of energy and what energy level players are at? Maybe using red zzzs as a status marker for no energy, yellow for low?
Just throwing ideas around, lemme know what sticks with you guys.

Officer Genious - the request to have a full blown meter is on our list. We don't want to do some inadequate half step, so we will go all the way to meter when we add it, whenever we can squeeze the hours for a full HUD re-do. Removing the zoom bar was the first step.

P.s. it is #CK-494 so you can see it is a pretty old one.

I've got to agree 1000% on this. I've actually had times where I hit the 'exhausted' a step (tile) or two before turning in.. so I'm good and then get nothing for the turn-in. Perhaps a toast/warning that 'hey, you're exhausted. You sure you want to turn this in now?' would be SO helpful.

As a workaround, I always look at my character sheet before ending a job...it's sometimes annoying but it works.
