Thank YOU Trese Bros! I'm a hardcore console gamer and never thought I'd actually choose my Kindle over an Xbox 360 with the two of them right next to each other. And its nice to get some Kindle love, since the (full) Droids and i-Products are more popular markets.

No thank YOU! I was lucky enough to work in the Alpha with you guys, have all of your games, and still you make me want more. HoS is just so much fun, and I learn new things about it everyday. For example, did you know the Cleric's Holy Retribution talent is absolutely amazing?! I didn't until today! I can regularly one shot ratkin with it

Cory Trese and fallen, you are the legends that have made this incredible legacy of games, starting with the amazingly deep and complex Star Traders, through CyberKnights, Templar Assault, Age of Pirates, and now Heroes of Steel. You can do no wrong and I wish you every ounce of success with this launch and your next ... and your next and next and next. Officer Genious, you've got a half-eaten Kindle so it's even more impressive you've picked that over the XBox johndramey, it was a fantastic having you in the Alpha as you threw in so many cool finds and tweaks. As to Holy Retribution, the first level is "blah", but after that it gets really good. Also, you can get to a certain armor level where the outlander can wade into a bunch of Ratkin or giant spiders and laugh loudly as they try and tickle him with their swords and arrows and teeth. He then just uses the non-SP whack talent because he's not getting hurt, so why waste SP

slayernz - Thanks! I was in the Alpha for AoP, but I'll forever regret not being in on the ground floor of CK/ST/TA. You can go about your killing in such a....... inelegant way. I'll take my long ranged death, much cleaner. Don't gotta worry about viscera getting on my wonderful blue cloak or slipping in any offal. *Sniffs the air* Oh, looks like slayernz's party is coming this way. Time to get the showers ready!

Yes it has been an amazing & incredible journey. I'm very grateful & happy that I could be taking it with you, going all the way back to before ST Elite came out. Now going though the KS and finally playing the finished game. HoS is such a big leap (step seems too small) for you guys and it has been awesome watching you guys excel at each and every thing / task / item call it what you want. You have set the bar so high and cleared it with ease, the mind blowing part is that you guys are only going to get better.
So.....
Thank You for making such excellent, incredible, & fun games.
Thank You for letting us be a part of this wonderful experience.
Thank You for all the future fun & excitement we'll have playing your games.

Google image search on that image lead me to the Skaven, a race of bipedal rats in the Warhammer universe. Warhammer lore is always cool and a fun read.

Although I'm relatively new to the Trese scene, I'm loving every damn second of it! The last time a developer impressed me with their dedication to fans and community feedback was with Xenominer on the Xbox 360 indie games channel. Fantastic game, great devs and great community. This place reminds me so much of there, except without the moderate ego it's caused Gristmill (the devs of Xenominer) to develop.
I've read through the topics on here and I'm yet to see all the praise go to your head. I really hope you make it as full time devs; Not just because you seem like hard working humble souls, but because your games are bloody great!
I'm just getting into HoS, having put all my energy into CK. I love this title so much, and it could quickly become my favourite TB game. The combat is awesome, and I love the smooth animation, where the character models are built in layers. It's just great!
So I echo the "Thank YOU" sentiment of this thread.
I have a brother who I'm very close to, younger by three years, and I would love to do something as rewarding with him.
You guys rock :-)
(I'm not being sycophantic either - I really mean what I say).
