When moving from the Area where you destroy the bridge to the Area where you fight the first few Giant Rats -took me 10 deaths to make it!! EASY Diff!-, it may be that the group goes into fight mode... and then, you can not get out of that.
BTW: The damn Giant Rats are heckish tough, even in easy Diff., as there are ABSOLUTELY NO spirit potions nor health potions, in my case leaving me with around 40 health per char and NO SPIRIT!!!
Grrr...

Jacob - are you using the camp sites effectively? If you are having issues and feel like you aren't getting enough potions, then you should be trying to save them up. I'd suggest, any time there is campsite nearby, such as the beginning of Krellin Deeps, do this: 1) finish a fight 2) return to the campsite and regen HP / SP 3) go back and beat the next fight and loot their chest 4) don't use the potions, go back to the campsite.

Oh, and: When, after closing the Game, you start it up again and load the bugged Save, the ui will look like you're in free roam mode...
Unless you touch something. Then it instantly reverts to the battle mode ui.

Then it instantly reverts to the battle mode ui. Sent from my HTC Desire C using proboards That is actually you being 1 tile away from a battle. Touching something causes your character to move which engages the battle. Glad we were able to clear these up -- I'm going to change the topic to something more accurate.

Waaaaait!!!!
It is a Bug!
To repeat the Procedure...
I enter the Part of the Map after the Camp... I automatically go into battle mode after touching something during the process of moving through the parts. I can't get out of the Battle Mode, it lasts forever.
That Thing is repeatable. I've lost 3 of 5 Squads to this Bug. 'Nuff said?
Edit: Thanks for changing the Title, I didn't knew what to call it.

Can you provide more details -- what map, where you are in the game and so on. I understand that you're trying to report something you think might be a problem, and I appreciate that. However, saying 'Waaaaait!!!!' and being vague about the problem really won't let us help you.

Screenshots... these should explain where I am.. I suddenly got into battle mode after moving from the other part of the map to this one... border is marked by the thiefs location. I've been waking around in this area, but never encountered any living or undead creature. Hope that this one isn't confusing, too... Sent from my HTC Desire C using proboards

fallen And I just noticed that I didn't mention that there was nothing before the move. No encounter I possibly dragged across. Sent from my HTC Desire C using proboards

Will try to find them, although I'm still wondering why the Battle UI popped up there and not when I am encountering the Ratkins... a bit too early, leaving me unable to search for stuff as I can't open chests then.

Sent from my HTC Desire C using proboards You can open chests during combat. It popped up because you go in combat range.
