So I talked to the people of Oskahold, and I think I got two quests. One was to explore the caravan. The other was to save some farmlands. I've done both of these (I think), and went back to Oskahold to collect my rewards. But there were no NPC's who would acknowledge my progress. At the Reeve's place they just want to talk about training. At the store the lady continues to talk about leaving town.
So I continued on wondering around and proceeded to clear these areas but there never seams to be an ending?
I've totally cleared these areas (as far as I can tell):
North Vault
Vermin Warren
Vermin Layer
What do I do know? I've been back to all the towns but there are no NPC's that will talk to me about what's next, or tell me that I've complete anything.
The only thing I remember doing was declining all the quests first time in the town. Then I went to the INN slept for a bit, and went around to accept all the quests.
The armor in Oskahold upgraded the armor once, but never the weapons or anything else. I guess I'm just a little lost as to how far this level goes.
Any help would be appreciated.
To give you an idea of what I've been doing my ppl are Level 9.

Go back north to north vault. There is a hole in the ground (near a chest)... you should be able to go down that hole now...
Fallen/Cory... in 1.1.17 it gives you the same dialogue when you drop down 2nd time as it does the first.

And also the farm zones (left and right areas in north vault zone)? Then go back to Oskahold barracks and complete the quest; u will be able to go to the west gate (talk with the merchant lady first, she may give a quest  ) |

OK even though I don't remember talking to the Reeve I seam to be able to pass the west gate now. Previously it was blocked. Thanks for the tip. now i can move on. =) |

remember to talk to the merchant before u pass the west gate i don't tell you anymore, but u could be stuck as i am for the reward ahhahahahahah  of nothing anyway |

Wait was I supposed to get something for completing the quest's of rescuing the farm and locating the carriage? I am pretty sure I did not receive any reward from the merchant lady, and nothing from the Reeve. I thought I was supposed to get some Gold or something from him?
Also, Other than the one time armor upgrade I still cant get any more upgrades for weapons and armor other than what was available at the beginning of the game. I still can't buy a staff anywhere for my wizard and hes almost level 10.

Well...***Spoiler*** U clear the north zone of Oskahold (fort and farms), u get 300g from the reeve as reward, and the armor upgrade by the smith,if i'm not wrong...then the passage to west zone(west gate, west of oskahold)will be available (there are some caves, a broken bridge, and a destroyed caravan near one of the two caves); if u talk with Lady strom (before discovering caravan and the near cave), she will give u a quest (discover caravan faith); i dunno what reward she gives u, 'cause i was too quick and i explored the west area before getting the quest from her and i didnt received the reward (i think it's a issue, or a bug) ; sorry me if i writw something in a superficial way...my english is bad i know |

In the North you need to clear North Vault & Both Farmhalls.
In the West you need to discover the Caravan & there are some papers you need to find for her too. I had to go back and get the papers after I found the Caravan and went back to Oskahold.
