I'm a heat sensitive Knight, so every team member of mine has a stun gun as main weapon. Except my Sniper, who has no less-than-lethal options. Unless the combat is very hot, he uses his 10-12 AP walking back and forth to move the initiative.
I wish I could get the poor guy a lightning gun, or a scoped bean-bag launcher or dart gun. Something.

shapcano - correct, there are no long-range non-lethal weapons. If you are running an all-stun team, then you might consider not including a sniper.

Anyway wih high athl and ap (and sniper must have these high in my opinion), a Stunna gun ("defensive MT" i don't remember exact name) is enough from my gaming experience, with a sniper as main pc

If only my sniper were indeed my PC, I would be golden.
And yeah, he seems likea poor inclusion, but I've invested too much time to drop him either.

When I'm building my all lethal anti-drone group, I leave out the Cybersword too.
Different builds, different teams.

I started off with a gunslinger. Im not sure if its his weapon- a cannon of some kind, or how I spent his skills but he can carry the damn thing with a range of 9-10 and he carries a LTL handgun as a backup. Im guessing its a regular semiautomatic designed to use a special low velocity tranq round as well as normal cartridges because its won the day with both assassinations and in subject subdual.

dayan - yes, a good dual weapon combo is the best solution. Pick up an absolutely deadly rifle, and put a taser or non-lethal as the secondary. Helps to handle drones too. EDIT: after re-reading the post, can you provide the weapon name you are using? Sounds like possibly a bug? A gun that shoots -both- lethal and non-lethal damage?

Why I do believe I was mistaken... (Scopetech Panther Cannon, Ares Gamma Mk4)

Pick up an absolutely deadly rifle, and put a taser or non-lethal as the secondary. That's my strategy with my main. Can't go wrong.

You know he could try punching them. Idk, he's pretty strong... Might still kill them.

If he hits, that is.
I would've liked tranqs or even soft-impact pellets that turn into immobilizing goo. Scifi without going overboard.

immobilizing is a good idea. i'm not really sure if sniper is equivalent to a sharpshooter in concept, but maybe they can have the option to immobilize or incapacitate by surgical hits (hitting the shooting hand or legs for example)
