I am probably wrong, but on my screen when Kyera is leading, her sprite seems smaller than the rest.

Swami - nope. Looks correct to me. Men are generally larger than women? Nothing changed in the update.

Confirm, screenshots are good.
Each character in Heroes of Steel has a unique model including animations, armor, different weapon combinations.
Each of those character models is different, some are different sizes and colors and have different accessories or animations.

Characters in video games are different sizes all the time.
We tried it both ways, looks better like this. Mystery solved =)

Sometimes people do things that scare them. =) ... Why would they do that? I, for example, would never ever let a spider walk around on me... At least not a big one. Birdspiders (Tbh, idk what they're called, in Germany it's ''Vogelspinne'', so I just translated that into English.) are okay, but they're the biggest I know of.
