I noticed whilst playing CK that one was able to dismiss runners to the backrooms. Mayhaps it is possible to insert side quests where one Knight needs to assemble a team of runners (a crew) to complete a job. Certain runners may require a certain mission, or rep, to be achieved in order to sign on with the Knight. This would add to faction grinding as well as immersion and depth to sandbox games. Just and idear ....thanks for the great game.

I also thought about more "operation-like" missions, as the one featured in MnB, where a team of precise member types would be needed (like a hacker, as it already exist) if your Cyber Knight is not one already. Each faction could have one, to achieve their ladder and gain their biggest reward for example. But I don't believe this to be urgent though ; every faction needs a ladder system first.

Here here to the importance of ladders. Just always wanted to assemble a crew together for a huge heist, in CK that is.

The jobs system will keep building to offer more difficulty varieties of jobs and then hopefully jobs linked together into things that start to feel more and more like Operations.

Thank you for that ! It would make CK's sandbox games more like creating a real story with significant events and not only following the daily life of a Cyber Knight among many.
