I just meant that I found the list of officers I have, under ship, officers. Same place as the upgrades, that I also couldn't find.
A list of all possible officers (and what they are good for) would be really nice.

The list was complete for version 1.2.5, I don't know if any officers were added later. daryll - "Search" is a really useful feature  |

I tried to make such a list, but since I didn't know that the officers whose picture is used for the captain you have selected will not show up in the game, I gave up because I could not consistently find the officers, and I assumed that you needed to listen to a certain rumour which I did not recognise was significant .... Search, by the way is up in the top blue banner after 'Home' and 'Try the Games'. It took me a while to find it, lo those many years ago ... |

Commodore, EXACTLY, WHAT do you think typing in all caps achieves? Kezar gives both first mate and repair-oriented bonuses. For example, he gives a bonus to all delivery contracts. He gives nice advice in the Taverns and influence the rolls for morale bonuses there. He has influences on encounters in which parts of the ship are damaged. He has influence on shaking out the ability for Shipyards to have repairs for your ship. There are a lot of rolls in Age of Pirates, and his offer traits (like all officers) are spread across them. |

It is the same PRECISE emphasis as underlining the WRITTEN word. (that is why it is actually not ALL caps, as the emphasis would then be lost) Thank you for the comprehensive reply; it is an ongoing frustration that many of the questions I pose around the threads go unanswered. |
