I thought this might be the rumour to get a magician ships officer. Or supercargo. Whatever you call him.
Instead it seems to be advertising for castles that have magicians who can heal you. All well and good except that some of the rumours refer to places that have no castle, hence no magician, and thus sailing there is a waste of time.
