I can't sail anywhere outside west acadea 1,1 can't sail anywhere else and its killing me cause i have all these commissions that i can't get to. I don't understand.

Try tapping along the edge of any map, and you should sail across the edge to the new map.
Or, use the blue arrows that are lining the edge of your screen and you will sail in that direction until you sail into the new map.

But you cannot sail any further north or west of west acada, it is the NW corner of the world.
