I just sank a Pain Forger, but the hall of records hasn't noticed. You don't have to blow a hole in his hull, do you? I won by duel, and then sank the ship.

grävling - there are currently no awards behind these unlocks. However, it sounds like the report is really that "my success is not being recorded" I have created #AOP-2397 for this!

Interesting. I went to the Hall of Records to look up how large my reputation needs to be to become 'World Famous' (I am famous now) and when I look at my captain here, I have the awards for Destroying the Chariot of Rhaggash, Anguish of the Depths, and Pain Forger.
I don't know when or how that happened. But I never got a popup saying I got this award -- the way you do when you dock at a nation's capital nor did I ever get anything but 'no rewards claimed' when I tried to record my exploits in the past.

It should be granting them at the moment of sinking.

Maybe it is granting them but not displaying them to you immediately, like the 'visited Matalobos' etc rewards. I thought I had to go to a records hall and claim them, and if I didn't then of course it wouldn't need to announce them when I visited.

Fixed in next, as you said. It will now announce them like travel awards.
