@xaderfo - welcome to the forum and thanks for posting! Due to the choice your Cyber Knight has made to have the computer implanted in his brain / spinal cord, he/she is forever an outcast from society. No faction can truly trust a Knight, but need them badly to do their work. You will never become a Citizen of any faction or city. Owning private safehouses is possible, but operating a business in faction territory is not.

Heather Scott has a burned NCPU, totally fried. She was a Knight but now she's a burnout.

As has been said many times, trust no one, even when they say they're no longer doing that type of thing. The mega corps, and their employees, aren't in the business of telling the truth. That would hurt the bottom line to much.
