It has been there, but it has been replaced by the pinch zoom... simply move your fingers away from each other to zoom in and towards each other to zoom out

xaderfos - does it not work well on your phone? We are right on the edge of putting the zoom slider back in.

It's not working so well on my new tablet, either. The pinch-zooming works fine, but the maximum zoomed up large size is still a lot smaller than I would like it. And the zoomed out small size is 'really really tiny'. But I didn't have this tablet when we had the zoom slider, so I don't know whether changing back to a slider will have any effect on my problem.
