Hi, my name's Ralf and I've been playing Star Traders RRP (Elite) on my brandnew Samsung Galaxy Ace for the last week or so. It's very addictive!
I've experienced only one update so far, from 3.6.20 to 3.8 (and 3.8.1.) and that's already introduced a majorly useful feature (the waypoint navigation). Thanks a lot for that!
Is there a central point to report bugs and typos her on the forum? Or should I just post away (or send email)? I've noticed a couple of things:
- The Flying Scroll function works well generally, but after entering a sector, the screen jumps to the reversed coordinates. E.g. I double-tap (my option) [16,11] Logyskrug Algamma and fly there. But after the ship stops, the screen jumps to [11,16], an empty sector.
If I enable Auto Scroll, the screen will first jump to the wrong coordinates and then scroll back to the ship's location.
I suspect this has to do with the coordinate fix in 3.8.1.
- I noticed an omitted word and small typo:
On the Faction Politics Status screen the first sentence for Death Warrants reads:
By the royal mark of House/Syndicate X carry a Ardok Death Warrant.
It should read:
By the royal mark of House/Syndicate X you carry an Ardok Death Warrant.
Thanks for a great game! I just started out and will most likely play this for a long time to come.
