I got a rumor of Aliens in Star of Kelt... which is an actual star (12,12) and cannot be auto-navigated to nor actually sat on.

I can see in the code how this would happen. Deep space rumors could indeed occur inside of a star but oh so rare (bug?) I will try to make it stop.
