Yep, the ranges aren't changing, but the final rolled values change every game.

Oh its not that I dislike it. Its a prototype I know that.I'm just mentally taxed with other things and the new update is kicking my butt within a few moves. Its hard for me to articulate, and reading about everyone else's exploits its left me a bit embarrassed. Im still enthusiastic for the game, i just cant put the effort into it that a project like this deserves. Sorry bud. I know how you feel !! I've felt the same way at times & it is very hard to put into words. I play on Easy or Normal and last night was the first time I saw the Xeno... my 2 Defenders kicked there butts & then took care of the big Missile ship too. Much to my surprise. I got kind of a late start on this phase, I had to work all weekend and didn't get the game loaded until Monday night. But as you say it's no fun playing a game that's stressing you out. Best of Luck & hope we still see you around here.  |

The latest update has some big economy adjustments and for the first time I'm actually kicking butt. Still on normal, so yes that's not super cool, but it is more fun now than P1 and P2.0 were.
