And frankly, no one should have to wait weeks to get a hold of someone who can help, whether you're EA or a one dev machine. Ridiculous.

Amazon has approved both versions.
Two really great team members from the Amazon App Store development group stepped us and helped us push it through.
They just processed to the store on my side so I would expect general availability by morning.

Kind of a shocker for a game that seems so massive.

Kind of a shocker for a game that seems so massive. I often worry that ST has grown to large. I work endless to improve compression, reduce asset size and crunch the Java down to micro sized byte code. When it first launched ST was 7.8 MB ... in 300 updates it has doubled in size!

Well it would be kinda impossible for a game with 300 updates and ton of new content and UI and systems to not grow in size.

Finally... amazon was really starting to piss me off (Duke Nukem voice). Great job with the adament protesting of the unfair rejecting. That must have been annoying while programming updates for a slew of games and developing a new one. Is it just you or do you have some kind of team to help you code?

Andrew also doesn't do any coding on ST or AoP, those are 100% me.
