More info on Maintenance in the Library

Maintenance and keeping your income positive is arguably the most important thing in the game and this is greatly affected by the maintenance rate. The entry in the Library only tells you what a good and bad rate is, but not what affects it. It would be good to have some more info in there when players who aren't on the forum start playing. You know they're going to be all grumpy when they get into their first protracted war and before they know it their economy tanks.

OK, I'll work on adding more Library entries and additional information to the advisor screens.

Yeah, having a little more info would be nice. I'm currently working on going through the library and cleaning up the entries with the eventual goal of throwing together a rough FAQ to the game. Anything extra you could add in would be very nice
