I was wondering why and agent exs have their primary skill, the.one that is able to be.increased to 16, set to athletics? I understand that they are supposed to be quick on their feet but my concern is with their.class ability. The help file states thar their preferred weapons are pistols. So having to invest in strength for athletics and dexterity for firearms is a heavy XP tax even if I skip leveling strength and just invest in athletics. Why not electronics? Just curious.

Rawrk Whilst "burst shot" is awesome I agree with your thinking that the AgentX needs another little perk to balance the strength/athletics & dexterity/firearms focus XP expense or to reward the more hands on Strength/athletics/brawling (thus no burst fire) agentX. perhaps: agentX receives an inate class bonus of (+1movement squares)[as opposed to an athletics stat boost providing the bonus, this is an inate class bonus] in combat therefore agentX is the only class able to move, more than traditional cap of 8squares, up to 9. I am more than willing to spend inefficient xp on dual attributes if the agentX can absorb the shortfall with this little gamelength boost

Agreed good sir. I am not opposed to the XP expenditure for agent ex, but given the amount of time to level these up, it is more plausible to select an.other class. The increase to the maximum movement ability seems sound, or perhaps as a class passive agent ex can spend a Max of 2 AP for movement as opposed to 3.
