I was on the job after wasting Whitey, where Mallor hires a "Trogger" runner for you. I was supposed to do something, can't remember what, but it was "behind enemy lines". Anyway, I had to put my phone away for a bit, and when I came back to the game, I lost the job and I can't talk to Mallor in the Gaslamp anymore.
What are we supposed to do in situations like this? I've already had to start over once because of a bug like this, I'd rather not have to start over again and again and again, simply because I have to put my phone away.... What can I do in my current predicament?

Hopefully you didn't delete the other game, because you can almost certainly fix it with a bit of exploring. Did you post a thread or e-mail one of us about it?
CK is a bit unforgiving but it doesn't have any bugs triggered by "putting your phone away" (that I am aware of.)

@jperkins79 - check your PDA under Status > Computer. That will generally tell you what to do next.
I can guess that Mallor told you to visit Big Dig Taxi and "go behind enemies lines" by sneaking into a Los V smuggling vault and plant a bomb.

I have not deleted my game (but that's another question, I do have 1 extra game that I'd like to delete, but don't know how. can anyone tell me how to delete saved games?)
Big Dig Taxi does sound familiar. But when I check my PDA, the last entry in the Note Book is: "Mallor has signed me up to infiltrate , loot, and then destroy a Los V Smuggler's vault. It's my first Operation." There's no mention of where to go. I'll head over to Big Dig Taxi though, and see what I find.
By the way, thanks for the quick response guys. Very much appreciated.

@jpkerkins79 - to delete a game, use the "red minus" sign on the right side of the games list (-).
Thanks for pointing out the issue with the PDA entry. I will make sure it mentions the Big Dig Taxi in a future release!

Heading to Big Dig Taxi worked. I'm in the tunnels now. Thanks!

I will make sure it mentions the Big Dig Taxi in a future release! I find the red minius sign confusing, mostly due to color IMO. Maybe a if the font was black...

fallen : I meant : if it was a minus sign on a black circle (or black on white maybe ?) it would probably be more clear that it's a minus...

You are showing us the European symbol for 'one way traffic, going against you so do not enter here' which doesn't ring any bells for 'delete the game'. And while you are perfectly capable of seeing this as 'a red minus sign' -- actually, it is white, on a red background, I have to make a huge effort to see a minus sign at all. A box. A bed. An ice cream sandwich. A blank stare. A futon. A block of tofu. An engineering eraser (though I keep mine in their blue cardboard covers for as long as I can.) A button. Something that is neither positive or negative (expressed as smiles) ... looking at the thing, I don't see a minus sign at all. It's very much like one of the optical illusions where you have to force your brain to see the vases as well as the faces. There *is* a minus sign there, but I have to know about it in advance and force myself to see it. Since you already have button labelled 'Rename' under this confusing icon, I would go with scrapping it and replacing it with a similar button labelled 'Delete'.

Yes ! grävling is absolutely right ! I didn't know why it disturbed me so much... but now it's obvious. Thanks grävling.
