More and more ways to find and get contacts are being put into the game every release. Keep your eyes open, keep talking to people--but also, keep looking for V-Chips in encounters. That is the most numerous way right now. We are working to make this better every night we can!

I feel out of the loop. How do you get ahold of these other taxis? Having more than one would be nice. Glad you said that @hate I'm feeling the same way. Maybe I just need to go farther away or something. |

It's just a matter of luck. Rep, skill none of it matters. Just keep "Interfer"(ing) when innocents are being attacked and you pick them up relatively quickly. Just takes awhile.
