I may be about to let a cat out of the bag, but I hate for you two to be sure you've fixed something that you haven't. When I select to refuel a carrier I get the warning that carriers cannot be refueled. Then they get refueled anyway.

Can you report your Android OS version, device type, and version of the game as read from the main menu?
