New gun

Yeah yeah, I know the rest of you bought the rifle already. I just got it today and the range makes me laugh. The npcs always spawn soooo far away, now I can start picking them off more timely.

Just wanted to share that. Rifle is fun.

I am having difficulties with the ammo though. 1000 creds for 10 ammo? Seems a bit steep. Any chance we'll start seeing enforcers with this hardware popping up?

Exactly blackwolfe, you get what you pay for. As for me I'm a Sniper and can't wait to get my hands on a proper rifle.

Actually there's two guns with those numbers if I remember correctly.

Actually there's two guns with those numbers if I remember correctly.

One has slightly less range.
I find fit funny that the extra range is only worth 100Y
I just keep one long range with a good power and theamount best pistol when guys get close.

Actually there's two guns with those numbers if I remember correctly.

One has slightly less range.
I find fit funny that the extra range is only worth 100Y
I just keep one long range with a good power and theamount best pistol when guys get close.

It isn't quite as odd as the two nearly identical armors with the difference being plus 1 hard and cost is nearly 6-7 times the other one, lol.

Let's just hope that inflation doesn't hit the more affordable models

We are working on removing any weapons that are too close duplicates. With stuff like Speed / Range / Accuracy and Penetration we should be able to get like a *lot* of variety in the gear.

I personally like it, it makes shopping fun to do since you try to find the best ad most suitable gun for the fight.

Agree with moof. You can either "oh I found it! Shiney! *bought*" or wait a bit and find it cheaper, and possibly die a bloody horrible death.

Also, there are loads of guns that are reusing stats, with the same graphic. Most are the same cost, but I thought I'd put that out there for ya. I rather like the idea of either using an MT pistol or a "Hellraker 9000". Gives some personality to how your guy rolls out the death.

Also, I am hoping they are setup like this on purpose so we can get rep discounts later. (So far haven't seen any...)

New suggestions incoming, lol. My only grief with the weapons so far are the graphics with the guns and not fully understanding the mechanics on everything for them.

For the graphics there are the sniper rifles with like 8-10 range but I think I saw a shotgun with nearly 8 range as well. It seems a little off to me.

And I love games with large mechanical play involved, which is what drew me to this.

So in tha light, keep up the go work as I know this game is still very young.

I think the "shotgun" with 8 range is a rifle, or a double barrel shotgun,not a shotgun that fires eight shots with crappy accuracy and short range.

The blog post about the FN-PR 85mm said that you need good relationship with aztek to buy it,does it do with bokmok too (with relationship with mars,not AZTek of course)? And how good relationship is needed?
I like how theres "super items" that cost a hell lot of money and you need big reputation with that faction to buy this. "i would like to get with mars because their good guns and that superb gun link, but if i choose AZTek i can get that insanely powerful computer with max of 6 jobs at once."
