In my latest game since patch 1.3.3, I noticed I haven't been getting notifications in the turn events page when one of my ships gets destroyed (I only had 2 ships die, but both times there was no turn events notification about it). I'm pretty sure there used to be notifications for ship destruction, so was this an intended change in the latest patch? Or possibly a bug?
