@rabid I camp a lot too. But on Ironman surviving and staying on the board is the most important thing.

Yes,... but,... when the shit hits the fan isn't it really better to be coated in teflon. and rabidbite, I don't want any excuses. At the end of the day it's about who can survive the longest and I can guarantee that surviving and making it further in the game is worth far more points than what you lose camping more often. You, sir, need to get your little cotton tale in the ring. |

As described in the page, time spent doing things (such as camping) has the smallest impact on the leaderboard score of all the factors.

One of the tactics I am currently employing is to ignore Intelligence stat. I camp more, but I can put more points into Constitution.

Gaaahhh! I'm out at 57mil and change. I triggered the second fight in the Temple of the 13 before the first was finished and it happened to spawn almost all archers. I didn't have the good sense to just keep running away until I could get them tamed down a little. I backed up once and then decided to try and make a stand. That turn ended up being a real rubbish one with lots of big misses but I already didn't have the AP to back up further.  Despite saying I wouldn't, I couldn't resist starting another group, the Thunder Cats! Who are going to use Vince's new Energy Storm. They've already crushed Thurgrim. |

contributor that sucks...but now I have a chance to catch up. Let's see if I can return the favour and grab the crown that is rightfully mine! John Robinson I must give credit where due; I am using a slight modification of your Ice team and it is working quite well...slow but very safe. For the first time I see a pack or archers and rather than thinking oh sh*t! I think hmmm must be xmas. As Vincent and Kyera proceed to shut them up for more turns than I could ever need for Selen to close and shred them like paper while Vraes plays the role of punching bag for any big uglies.

I'm working on a group that may include Kincaid called Team Crimson Rain. His lack of mobility may make it impossible for me to use him. Live by the Blade(1) +1 MP has a prerequisite of character level 6. This means if you spent all your talent points from level 6 up, the earliest he could get +2 MP is at Level 13. Vraes can get +2 MP with no prereq and without compromising my build for him. Darting Steel has some fantastic potential but Vraes now has a much improved Phalanx Shield so I haven't decided which of these two I will use. Vincent is going to kick it up a notch higher with Frigid Air than the Ice Fugue team. |

A few thoughts, John Robinson Hard decision, but kincaid can put out much better dmg than vraes with his early crit access and If your goal is all out dmg I would use kj anyways unless you want to pursue an energy storm + thundering blades Vincent...very tasty with the new update. It may not be you're style, but you may try a low mobility team that packs a lot of kill. That's how I run my OG teams Vraes tanking with phalanx instead of bos, kj a simple 1:1 choking ash : fireball, deadly int tam, and hammer and etheral anguish kyera. With choking ash I can hit crushing blow 90% of the time even though I don't focus vraes on strength. They can't bounce around but they pack serious firepower. |

442 mil and still going here. Just got to the temple of the arachnid and dinged 24.
Kincaid, Kjartan, Fyona, and Selen.
Most nail biting things are the spider host initiates, I am one bad spawn away from them one timing Kincaid at the start of combat but it hasn't happened yet. If this group goes south then I am definitely going to do more stealth focus with my next group to avoid those first round KOs.
