I would love it if this was playable on my nook color. It is an android tablet, but has so few games available on it.
Would it be possible to get it on the market for the nook as well? Or would it require an overhaul to accomplish? I would rather not root my nook to play it though, which I think is the only way to do so currently.

I know several people who swear by the Nook as a fantastic Star Traders device once running a stock Android. I can put you in touch with a Captain or two who can help you root it, if you desire.
Otherwise, I will investigate this "Nook Market" you speak of.

I signed up for the Nook Market. From the "application process" I suspect they're going to say no. It seems geared towards big companies and established developers.
I will try tho
"We will be contacting you, if your request is successful, within two business weeks from this acknowledgement email."

Well.. If you get accepted let me know and I will be your first nook sell. I can even PM you my phone so you can call or text me when you do it just to be sure I am or at least one of the first. I am crossing my fingers

Any news on this? *hopes*
I fear rooting my took since it voids the warranty... That and despite my tech background, i am known for having technology going wrong on me. Once my year or two warranties are up and assuming I haven't tanked it I will most likely root it post-haste with less to fear, and a bit less to lose.

I have submitted my application for review by B&N.
If they approve the game, play, style and meta data are a fit for the Nook, we may be able to start distributing the free version of the game
