To the individual who wrote in these crash reports:
"fuck you this update sucks"
I am very sorry for the trouble and the frustration we've caused. I do greatly appreciate you sending in all those crash reports. If not for your early warning, we might not have been able to produce and release a fix in less than 18 hours.
Quality is very important to us and I want to assure you that we will do our best to avoid updates with stability issues in the future.

I get that crashes are frustrating, but unless they happen on a consistent, long-term basis I've never felt the need to curse a developer out. I don't say this as a Trese Brothers fangirl, but just as a gamer in general. Never understood the super-fast rage responses. O.o Thank you for the quick fix, Trese Brothers. Your fixes do come in a very, very reasonable time frame (much faster than I think reasonable, honestly) and we players appreciate your quick fixes.

I think what he really meant was "I'm so insanely in love with this game that when it doesn't work I feel an uncontrollable rage building inside me and I want to claw my own eyes out. Please help me!" He just had a hard time getting it out right. I would take it as a compliment. Oh, and good job guys, you probably saved a life today.

And everyone else's lunch.

I agree with you on this one contributor -- this player was furious they could not enjoy more ST RPG. I agree with them on that. And I cannot argue, that update "sucked" at not crashing. Therefore, totally justified response. I posted it because this particularly player was clearly very disappointed (submitting the same message many times) and very well might check the forum. I want him or her to know that I read the messages and do everything I can to respond quickly. I cannot reply to crash reports, but I very much did want to apologize to this person who may have had some negative energy in their life that was my fault.
