I'm really excited re the motivation engine...this game just keeps sounding better. I'm going to have to try and scrounge up some extra cash to upgrade my pledge before its over.

Yay!! Thanks for contributing on behalf of everyone who really, REALLY wants to see what happens when you pretend to be Han Solo in ST2.  Ha! I'd love to be like Honor Harrington. I'll probably end up more like Harry Mudd! And you have just won teh internetz.  Awesome series, named a ST captain after her and stomped people for a while on Normal. Should've had a cat named Nimitz though... Maybe I should look at Mace Windu, Darth Kreia and (breaking genres here but even) Tyrion Lannister as inspiration for my next few characters? |

 Speaking of Captains, I went with the Kickstarter level that lets me inject a captain into the game canon. (I think thats how it works). At first I thought of using Captain Sanda, whos personality seems somewhere between Martha Jones (swoon) and a fly weight Pam Grier, but when people gave me character breakdowns of their own captains and saw that everyone has nice, honorable, well-adjusted captains, I might decide we need a real diabolical asshole in the mix. This quadrant needs more assholes! That aren't in politics. |

Hey, about the wallpapers
(which are fantastic btw, normally I would definitely choose the dark gunner for the ominous look and the glowing eyes, but weirdly, I'm feeling hopeful about the kickstarter and the St2, so I prefer the light gunner instead, this has never happened before..!)
Can we get a vertical version of them, where the st2 logo is showing with the officer, as I see in the video image when I go to the ks page. My samsung refuses to scale the current horizontal wpaper, and I would have to edit either the officer or the st2 text out.

Thanks to all of our supporters! We're moving along, now closing quickly on the next goal, 25% at $12,500. After that, we have to set our sights on $20,000 and keep climbing.
Thanks again to all of our early backers. A project's likelihood of success is very strong influenced by its first week. Now we have to keep the momentum going!

Thanks again to our backers! We've crossed the 26% line overnight and are moving along toward 30% now.
The galaxy of Star Traders 2 is a huge place, with all of the many Quadrant reconnected. We'll find a place for your Captain if you want to join!
