I've done well as a Cadar Military Officer and as a Javat Explorer. Not so bad with a Thulun Bounty Hunter, too. Usually either Steel Song or Rychart end up hating me, though my current Javat Explorer is fine with those two, but won the ire of Cadar. I guess of all the factions, I'd probably want to live as Javat; they seem the most decent overall.

Did the faction descriptions when you create your captain help you to get a preference, or was it play? My first game ever, I went with Cadar because they had an interesting description. I'm not a big UTF fan nowadays. It's just so easy to get along with DeValtos.

Ugh, a Clan member. Be warned if you stray your ship into Cadar sectors, my torps are always hungry for Javat metal.

Just a quick question, I'll most likely be getting a new phone by the end of the year. What are the minimum hardware specs I should look for to run ST 2.

ntsheep - generally "a new phone" will do the trick We don't have any developed specs, but you might get some feedback from the community as to what they use.

I'm thinking of getting Galaxy S3, but if I could somehow get the money an S5 would be my next one.

I'm able to run 4x on an iPhone 4 with no problems. I think they share the same engine, so probably anything newer than that.

Thanks ChocoCrowbar. An iPhone would be possible for me also but then I would have to repurchase all my TB games again and after buying an iPhone I wouldn't have the money to do that.

ntsheep: I have an original Galaxy Nexus, and I am no longer happy with Samsung and its phones. I am, however, very happy with my Asus tablet. So now that Asus has come out with a line of phones -- the Asus Zen phone -- I think you might be interested. The reviews I have (in Swedish, alas) say that feature-wize and size wise they are comparable to Samsung offerings, and cost a lot less. My lover needs a new phone more than I do, so we are thinking of getting one. (a.k.a. I have nearly talked him into making the purchase). If he gets one I can post here how well it plays the games, unless we already have an Asus Zen phone user who can report.

It's better to get the android. But you can look up the iPhone specs and find something better in an android phone.

I recently got a Galaxy Note. And it's been wonderful, since I like to draw with it.

I wonder if there is a way to move my ST captains and awards over to this from my old phone.

ntsheep - late to the party, but I switched over to a LG G3 and it's an amazing phone. Highly recommended.
