Cory, please forgive me for being such a demanding dude. Your game just rocks so much that I can't stop playing it or thinking of cool new stuff that would make it even more awesome!
Sometimes, when buying/selling/transferring a large load of cargo, it can be hard to use the slider to get the exact amount of cargo I want to buy/sell/transfer. This is especially true when the ship's Hold is very large (>150) and there are lots of the item available to transfer. Sometimes I cannot actually get the slider to select the number I want, and have to do separate transactions.
It would be helpful to have buttons to hit that adjust the slider by +1 and -1, for fine-tuning the amount.
Another thing that would be REALLY helpful, is a quick way to repeat the last transaction. Frequently I want to dump a big load of cargo, but don't want to do it all at once (since it takes lots of in-game time that way). Same goes for buying a big load -- often it is faster in "game time" to do it piecemeal rather than all at once. Instead I prefer to do it in little chunks, so that each transaction happens immediately (no game date change). But it can get really tedious, repeating the same sequence over and over and over -- i.e. Weapons, sell 6, Weapons, sell 6, Weapons, sell 6, . . . . for all 150 Weapons I want to sell. It would be really helpful to have a button in the Trade Exchange that will repeat the last buy or sell action.
I find it ironic that in order to optimize my "in-game time" spent, it requires spending lots of extra "meta game time" actually playing to micromanage the sale or purchase of big loads of cargo. I know this is working as designed (the game that is) but some simple UI tweaks could make the micromanagement easier.
