Kraken and Ice Demons described as Buccaneers

Encounter with Ice Demons:


"These are Buccaneers, however..." - I think they're monsters, not Buccaneers.

Victory screen:


There's a Buccaneers logo (flag?) instead of monsters' flag.

Encounter with Kraken:


Title: "Captain X vs. Bccaneers"
"The lookout has sighted a ship, Captain - a Eastwinder flying the flag of Buccaneers"
"These are Buccaneers, however..."

Victory:


"We are victorious in Combat against the Eastwinder" - shouldn't it be: "against Kraken" or something similar?
"We could destroy the vessel [...] however this will earn the ire of the Buccaneers".
And the Buccaneers' flag again.
