Increased repair not bring applied (LG G2 Android 4.4.2)

I have a cruiser with Repair value set to 4, PLUS a High Speed Sail System installed, which should give +1 stealth and +1 repair. The actual HP being repaired each turn has not increased. I haven't checked the other repair upgrades yet. I have no way to check whether any of the other bonuses are also not having any effects :/

Verizon LG G2 Android 4.4.2 newest version
