johndramey, we miss you... In the meantime, does anyone want to start a new Let's Play 4X? I'm not going to be able to do the write up/run it, I don't have a pc I can type it on and I can't port pics from my phone with anything resembling efficiency (or at all for that matter), so if anyone has the abilities, the spare time, and the notion to run this thing, please step forward. I was willing to offer the same...but i have the same predicament. I only have Android devices. It might be different if i could upload pictures directly from said devices, instead of having to put them through an image website. Man, I really wish we had multiplayer for 4X. I've only got 4X Free. And I'm not terribly good, either. Sorry, chummers, I'm out too. Maybe in ST4X2, eh? |

I do have ST4X@computer, but updates would be sporadic once a week at best and no way would they be as detailed as johndramey's updates. |

I will have a new and better phone soon. Bigger screen, much longer battery (I'm going from a 3 hour battery to a 26 hour battery) and android 4.4 so I could, but I'm not gonna be able to start it until I get it.

Need 4X community game..... Can't use computer to play game due to not being usable on the Intel Processor it has.... Laaaaame..... Any other takers? If fallen and Cory Trese ever make the game work on that processor, I'd be more than happy to shoulder the burdens of VoC...... |

En1gma - maybe I am confused. The games work on Intel tablets. Your computer has an Intel CPU? So does mine. All of our games run. Steam would be the best!

Lol, these two threads were at almost the same time, how did they not meet? I wish I had known that they were compatible back in August, I would have signed up and bought them months ago... That being said, assuming I can run 4X, I just need to lock down how to post pictures, then I can run a new Community Game. I'll charge up the ASUS, download the game, then I can get it started. I'll confirm and start a new thread when I have it ready to go. Thanks fallen for bearing with me on this one, I'm glad we could clear it up  |

En1gma - 4X has Greenlight on Steam, but that is not released yet. That is "allowed to release." It will easily take us a few weeks to a month to prepare Trading Cards and all the rest. If you by on Desura, you'll get a Steam key when we launch there. www.desura.com/games/star-traders-4x-empires

Lol, dragolord, I'd be happy to pull double shifts if johndramey comes back at some point... I won't be able to start this game any time soon, I'm afraid, as I still don't have a tablet to play it on and port pictures with. To do it right now would require a ton of work and different devices and I don't want anything to be lost in translation... I might be able to do something on my shitty RCA tablet though. I'll think about it, if I can do it, I will. |
